For more than 50 years, First Foundation has been distributing monetary gifts from donors who want to support the important ministries of First United Methodist Church.
As of 2026, the Foundation will have provided more than $3.6 million to First United Methodist Church. These funds have been directed to:
- Create and sustain education ministries and programs that promote spiritual growth
- Help provide basic resources to our neighbors in need both near and far
- Maintain a facility that meets the many needs of the church ministries
- Assist youth and young adults with service ministry opportunities and experiences
- Provide financial support for those with higher education or seminary aspirations
- Ensure the quality music programs continue to bring joy and fulfillment
